Step 1. App installation

FlexSense setup is a breeze using the FlexAssist app. Once downloaded from the Google Play or App Store login using your Device Manager credentials, the app will guide you through the no-code device setup and in-field deployment and testing for a seamless experience.

Step 2. No-code device setup and configuration

While connected to a stable internet connection, configure your device within the FlexAssist app. Follow the steps to connect your device with the app and register it with Device Manager. It’s important to check for firmware and network configuration updates immediately prior to device installation. Once downloaded and updated you’re now ready to head out and deploy.

Step 3. In-field installation and testing

With your device ready to deploy, use the FlexAssist app for guided installation to ensure your device will work as expected. It’s important to install the device so that the inbuilt antenna has a 180 degree view of the sky free from any obstructions. Once installed connect your sensor and configure the device parameters within the app.

Step 4. Data visualisation

Log into your Device Manager, the registered device will be listed automatically. Here you can review the device location, message timestamps and raw data. Advanced visualisation for your device can be accessed directly through the dashboard on Device Manager.

What are the use cases for this product?

With the different types of sensor inputs, you can use the FlexSense for many different use cases. Some of them are tank & trough monitoring, location tracking, pump monitoring, interfacing with controller boxes via RS232 or RS485 connections, connecting to digital switches for opening and closing gates or people counting, and more. Additionally, FlexSense is ideal for reading meters (power, water, gas, etc.), intelligent management and increased efficiency of heavy machinery, sensing the environment, and increasing efficiency in the field.
